    Replaced existing 50w halogen bulbs with these. Quality of light is good in fact better than halogens. Bulb is longer so protrudes out of ceiling but this does not matter as looks good (the bulb does not look cheap as has metal sleeve). Service from lighting services was excellent both in terms of delivery and advice over the phone. Am pleased that I made the purchase. In terms of brightness I would say there is no difference over the halogens, if anything the LEDS appear brighter. (Posted on 29/07/2011)

    I replaced my existing 50w halogen bulbs for these in my kitchen. They are doing a great job in lighting but also significantly reduced my electricity bill. Expensive to buy but I reckon payback is about 2 years and with a minimum 5 year life with up to 10 years it is a no brainer.
    They also run cool so no heat on my head. 3000k is a good neutral colour for my home while the 2700K are warmer and 4200k whiter. (Posted on 21/06/2011)
