Deliveries & Returns Policy


We now offer free delivery on every order. This delivery service is offered on a 3-5 working day basis where goods are in stock. We also offer a next day delivery service for orders received by 14:00 on a normal working day. Next day deliveries will be despatched the same day if all goods are in stock. All orders are sent via courier and require a signature for delivery. All delivery offers are subject to the stock we have available.

No orders will be accepted online for locations outside UK mainland (England, Scotland and Wales only). For Northern Ireland or any other UK island locations please call 0117 244 4094.

There is the option to have an overnight pre 10:00am delivery at an additional charge. This options is available on the checkout pages. Contact our sales team on 0117 244 4094 for further information.

Damaged Goods, Breakages and Product Failure

In the unlikely event of your parcel arriving damaged, please report the problem to our sales team within 24 hours of the receipt of the package, and we will resolve the problem.

Product failure upon receipt is unusual, in the unlikely event of the product failing early please contact our sales team who will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have.

Please note that faulty products may be returned to the manufacturer for testing.


Goods can be returned at any time up to 28 days from date of purchase, and either a full credit will be raised provided that the goods arrive unused and undamaged in re-saleable condition. In some cases, depending on the manufacturer, goods may be subject to a handling charge. Returns must be arranged in advance with our Sales Team who will issue the appropriate paperwork to ensure full traceability of the products returned.
